Entertainment is defined by “the action of providing or being provided with amusement or enjoyment”. The EACE 2014 Entertainment Committee hopes our three main events in Annapolis will do just that! Check them out:

Do you enjoy good food? Want to explore some great restaurants and eat for a cause?

Wednesday, May 28th evening – Dine for a Cause

Have dinner at one of our two preferred locations and contribute a portion of your meal to the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. In the Hospitality Suite, you can grab a flyer to take with you to the restaurant that will identify you as part of our group (there will also be one in your conference tote bag too!). Utilize the sign-up sheets to indicate your preference for an early time (6pm) and a later time (7pm), but you can also feel free to go at a time that suits your needs. Make sure to stop by the Suite to look at the menus:

  • Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar:

  • Galway Bay (will offer special fixed menu):

Do you enjoy getting some early morning exercise? Want to see the historic sights of Annapolis?

Thursday, May 29th from 6-7am – Historic Annapolis Walking Tour

Watermark Tours will lead us on an early morning adventure to get our brains and bodies moving before Thursday sessions! A special tour guide, a previous Mayor of Annapolis, will lead us through the city as he shares his expertise. To attend this tour, meet at 5:45am in the Westin Lobby with your sneakers ready. The tour will last an hour (6-7am) so participants should still have time to get ready and grab something to eat before the day gets underway.

Do you enjoy music, dancing, and dessert? Want to spend a night right by           the water?

Thursday, May 29th from 8-10pm at Philips Seafood by the City Dock – EACE@Ease

After you eat at dinner in Annapolis, come to a special dessert reception with mini-cheesecakes and two free drinks tickets. Come Sail Away…and relax! (Location: walking distance from trolley; street metered parking available). Lisa DeLuca, Entertainment Committee Co-Chair will fill you in on more details about EACE@Ease in her May blog, so stay tuned!
